Thais Pepe has over 20 years of experience evaluating the economic feasibility of commercial and real estate projects, as well as assessing loan viability and risk. Throughout her career, she has performed comprehensive financial analyses across various state and federal housing programs, including the State Apartment Incentive Loan (SAIL), Multifamily Mortgage Revenue Bond (MMRB), State Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP), HOME Investment Partnerships Program, and the Federal Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program.
As a senior lender, Thais has led business development and loan origination efforts for housing developers, nonprofit organizations, and economic development entities across Florida and Georgia. Her strategic insight and extensive financial expertise have consistently supported sustainable, community-oriented real estate initiatives.
Thais earned her MBA in Finance from the University of Tampa in 2004.
