Mr. Bric’s career spans more than 30 years as a developer, syndicator and manager of Low-Income Housing Tax Credit properties for institutional investors and nonprofits. Mr. Bric joined Shelter America Group in 2011 and is in charge of expanding the non-profit’s mission through the acquisition, development and the preservation of affordable housing primarily in the Pacific Northwest. From 2009 through 2022 he also served as Executive Vice President for MHT Housing, Inc., a large nonprofit based in Bingham Farms Michigan, where Mr. Bric was responsible for negotiating and structuring new affordable housing opportunities in Michigan, Wisconsin and Oregon. From 1992 to 2009 he worked with institutional investors and syndicators overseeing the management, recapitalization, and disposition of multifamily assets.
