Devin M. Sanderson is President and COO of CSG. In that capacity, he is responsible for leading CSG’s renewable energy finance group’s efforts in financing over $6 billion of projects. Mr. Sanderson brings a wealth of experience in affordable housing and renewable energy. This includes identifying market trends. strategic investment, and tax credit equity through a broad range of financing sources including banks, insurance companies, and non-financial sector investors. As one of the two founders of CSG, Mr. Sanderson has a prominent role in its day-to-day decision making. This encompasses strategic management of all products and services and identifying opportunities for CSG to leverage cross-program strengths. Mr. Sanderson is a member of CSG’s Board of Managers and Investment Credit Committee. He is also President of the affordable housing focused non-profit, Sandhurst Community Capital. Mr. Sanderson graduated from the University of South Florida, Where he played football and received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.
