Elizabeth Small has been the Director of Business Networks at University of Arkansas Little Rock since 2021 and the Instructor of Real Estate Development in the School of Business Economics/Finance Department since 2017. Prior to joining the faculty and staff at the University, Ms. Small was he President and Chief Executive Officer of PDC Companies and PDC Construction which gave her the opportunity to engage in regional and statewide economic development and myriad of business leadership opportunities. She has more than 32 years of experience in the real estate development, property management, and commercial construction industries. Her responsibilities centered on the origination and development of numerous properties in several states. From 2002 to 2018, Ms. Small served on the board of Arvest Bank, Little Rock, Arkansas. She attended Hendrix College in Conway, Arkansas and currently serves on the Hendrix College Board of Trustees. She received her MBA at UA Little Rock.
