Eric has been the CFO, Vice President, and Treasurer of Bill Rea’s development and ownership companies since 2004. In 2009, he became a partner and manager of Rea Ventures Group, LLC and other affiliated Rea companies. Prior to working with Bill Rea, Eric worked as a Certified Public Accountant for KPMG, LLP and Reznick Group, P.C. In his capacity as Senior Manager at Reznick Group, P.C., Eric was the leader of the Atlanta office’s Real Estate Consulting Group. Eric has served as developer, general partner and guarantor on all Rea Ventures Group, LLC developments since 2009 and currently owns 40% of the development and general partner entities.
