Completed in 2022, Sandra D. Hudson Villas in Rome, Georgia, was developed through a major revitalization effort to replace the former Altoview Terrace public housing site. Residents enjoy amenities including a community center, swimming pool, playground, laundry facilities, and on-site management. Designed through Low-Income Housing Tax Credits and HUD’s RAD program, the Villas provide safe, affordable housing for families while fostering connection and opportunity in a modern neighborhood setting.
